3 former WWE stars John Cena called Smackdown

WWE Friday Night Smackdown was broadcast this evening on the American network and presented a few tall games and segments. For example, Bronson Reed clashed with the Knight, and Sami Zayn went to the head with Randy Orton.
The main event of the evening was a match between R-Truth and John Cena. The fight led the two men to fight on the ramp, and John ended up using the championship belt to break the truth. It caused CENA to be lost by disqualification, but her night was not over.
CM Punk came, leading to a fight between the two. Thanks to some sneaky tactics, Cena put punk through a table. He then sat on the corner strings and reconstituted his own version of the infamous Pipebomb promo of Punk 14 years ago. It was impactful and fans at home and in the arena loved it.
In particular, John shouted three stars which were once with the world of struggle in the world but which are not more. This was similar to the initial punk promo where he mentioned Colt Cabana. Who made the face that mentions the place, and what are their links with John?
WWE dismissed her, but she started winning more than ever – find out!
You will find below three old WWE stars that John Cena called on Smackdown this week.
# 3. He mentioned Claudio Castagnoli, formerly known as Cesaro to WWE
The first name John Cena mentioned was Claudio Castagnoli. However, some fans may not know him by this name and instead, they could remember him as the former WWE Cesaro star.
Cesaro was very successful during WWE. He owned the American championship once, then held Tag Team Gold on seven separate occasions with three different partners. He also won Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
As for his links with John Cena, the two had five matches in single together which were broadcast on television in World Wrestling Entertainment between 2012 and 2015. The first fight took place in tribute to the troops, while the rest occurred on RAW.
Today, Claudio contributes for the entire elite struggle. He technically part of the biggest faction of the company, the Death Riders, but many believe that his race in the promotion was disappointing, and he was not pushed as well as the fans hoped once he left WWE.
# 2. John Cena referred to his former friend and rival Matt Cardona, alias Zack Ryder
Another name mentioned by John Cena on Wwe Smackdown was Matt Cardona. Cardona competed on RAW, Smackdown, NXT and even ECW as Zack Ryder for several years before being cut by the company.
During his stay at WWE, he managed to hold several titles. Ryder held the titles of the Raw Tag team twice alongside Curt Hawkins. He also organized the intercontinental championship and the United States championship.
John Cena and Zack Ryder went head-on in WWE TV shows twice. The first time took place in 2011, and the second time took place a few years later in 2015. In the two examples, the face that slipped the place standing.
Today, Matt Cardona is known as the independent God. It fights for businesses everywhere and often has many titles at the same time. Cardona also appeared in some large companies, including AEW, TNA and NWA, among other promotions.
# 1. John said Nic Nemeth de Tna Wrestling, alias Dolph Ziggler
The last name John Cena mentioned in his promo of Pipebomb was Nic Nemeth. For those who do not know, Nemeth is the current name of one of the longest stars in the modern WWE history, Dolph Ziggler.
While Dolph has long left the world of struggle on the world, he has been very successful while working for promotion. He was a double world champion, quadruple team champion, NXT champion, double champion of the United States and an impressive six times intercontinental champion.
Dolph Ziggler and John Cena fought on programs broadcast in single matches between 2010 and 2015. Six of these fights took place on Monday evening RAW, and one took place at the TLC Pay-Per-View in 2012.
Today, Ziggler competes as Nic Nemeth. Although he is no longer with WWE, he works with affiliated promotions. For example, he is a key star in the TNA fight and has even recently appeared to an AAA program, which was acquired by World Wrestling Entertainment recently. It would not be crazy to think that it could be back in the company based in Stamford one day.
