The themes of the Oscar race of the original scenario really have everything. Bouncing brothers’ tales in the “sinners” to the sisters in “sentimental value”, the disorderly divorces in “Does this thing?” And the sumptuous chaos of Tinseltown himself in “Jay Kelly”. Political drug addicts obtain government corruption aid through “it was only an accident” and “the secret agent”, while “a dynamite house” asks the joyful question: what if humanity is condemned?

The real pleasure comes in the category jokers. The newcomer Eva Victor could crush the party with “sorry, baby”, proving that you do not need decades of credits to attract critical attention. Horror fans could finally see that the genre obtains its due with “weapons”, which could well associate with “sinners”. We also have “roofman”, which dramatizes the true story of a thief who lived inside a Toys we for an entire year.
