Ravioli with sage butter sauce
This was something very new for my somewhat difficult family – and everyone loved it. I used two different kinds of fresh ravioli from the store. The sage had the most interesting texture and was so good. The pecans were also a great addition.

Creamy Mushroom Pasta
This mushroom pasta is to die for!!!! We used umami, shiitake and baby Bella mushrooms and pappardelle pasta. My kids were as obsessed with it as I was. We will 100% do it again.

I used to never eat hard-boiled eggs unless they were in a salad, much less straight deviled eggs. Texture issues. These eggs are amazing! The bacon gives it texture. Pair it with reading Dr. Seuss’ “Green Eggs and Ham” for kids. Spicy, coriander, damn delicious!!!

Baked Brie with Maple and Pecans

I picked up some fresh clams at the local fish market today. These were perfect! Served with lots of crusty bread and a delicious Chardonnay.

Garlic Shrimp and Avocado Crostini
Really delicious. I substituted chopped cilantro for the parsley and spread spicy guacamole on the toast before topping with the shrimp mixture to prevent the liquid from softening the toast. Fantastic for a cocktail – or breakfast – or anytime!

warm spinach and artichoke dip
I really loved this recipe and plan to make it often. Some of these dips are dry or tasteless, but not really delicious! This recipe starts with the flavor, garlic. The only thing I changed was the spinach. I used fresh spinach, much less hassle and great flavor. Thanks for this awesome recipe.

Creamy Queso and Chorizo Dip

How to Cook Ribeye Steak
We didn’t use bones and it was still very flavorful and had a nice crust on it. It makes a mess on the stove, but it’s our new go-to for steaks: the grill outside is going to be lonely!
