2 list moves the team that must now

The Chicago Cubs struck their first real rough patch of the season. They have lost their last two series and five of their last seven games.
These things happen. Even the best teams go through difficult patches. The season is simply too long for there not these flows and performance flows.
But that does not mean that the teams should simply accept losses and not work to try to prevent it as much as possible.
In the case of cubs, this could mean an end adjustment of their list for a long season and ensure that the bench is able to intensify to contribute.
As things are at the moment, the Cubs starting range is doing all the big work for the club. As the season is preparing and the calendar is aimed at everyday players, the bench will be of the growing importance – not only in the event of an injury, but as fillings capable of giving occasional rest.
Chicago Cubs may need to add by subtraction

In that spirit, it may be time for the team to consider optimizing their bench and going from two current players.
Justin Turner was signed for a one -year contract This offseason as a baton capable of the bench which could sometimes fill in the first goal and, always as occasionally, in third row.
And while Turner brings a ton of experience to the team and seems to be a very popular club-house presence, he did not deliver at any level on the field.
Brett Taylor de Bleacher Nation recently had this to say about the 17 -year -old veteran:
“Right now, Turner, 40 undoubtedly a huge positive in the clubhouse. »»
Life would be so much easier if Turner struck, a little. Even a few circuits with a bad stick in the stick and a not so horrible defense could justify its presence in a team of Cubs which grows for the playoffs.
Unfortunately, the time may have come to make the team give their place to someone who is not a negative amount. You would hate losing the experience and leadership of Turner, but the production of a key bench is important because beginners begin to need respirators.
Another possible cut

In the same category as Turner is the man of the Utility Vidal Brujan, who was acquired from the Miami Marlins for the first basic hope Matt Mervis.
Brujan, 27, started the season on IL, but contributed to his return as if he were still on the IL.
With only 2 strokes in 10 in bats, the unique punctual perspective was almost invisible and was a reflection afterwards throughout the young season.
Zachary Rotman de Fansided recently wondered aloud why Brujan is still there:
“To be honest, I don’t understand why they exchanged for him and always align him either. Brujan has entered this season with an oblique career bar line from .189 / .261 / .270 with five circuits and 40 points produced on parts of four seasons. Of course, it offers decent speed and solid defensive versatility, but its bat has never played at the MLB level.
It is difficult to see the call when it was a question of negotiating for him, and it is really difficult to justify the team that sets him up at this stage. »»
With Jon Berti and Nicky Lopez playing all the roles he was brought on board to play, the presence of Brujan in the team seems entirely useless. Although its ability to play the outside field is useful, the Cubs keeping three public service men on the list seems to be exaggerated.
Substitutes?

If Brujan and Turner end up being cut – and there may be more cases to cut Brujan than Turner at the moment – Cubs will have to decide how to replace them.
A fourth voltiper could be a wise choice, someone who can spell Ian Happ, Pete Crow-Armstrong and Kyle Tucker on occasion. Prospect Kevin Alcantara could be the right man for this work. The 22 -year -old is defensively solid in the three outdoor spots and may need new challenges to stimulate his continuous growth as a player.
The last place could possibly be filled by a return Matt Shaw, which argued its arguments for a return to the big league in Triple-A Iowa.
In any case, the Cubs must have a list of 26 men that work fully or they will undergo the consequences.
