The 11 -year -old star is one of the two actresses playing the role in “From the Heart”, with the curtains that should close on June 6.
Sevier County, Tennessee – A Daughter of the County of Knox, 11, should arrive on the big stage of Dollywood, playing no other than the song of Sevierville, Dolly Parton, herself.
10News had the pleasure of watching Maggie Lamb because she is the daughter of a former journalist and director of WBIR, April and Ben Lamb. His birth was even announced on television. Now it’s time for the young star to take advantage of the spotlight thanks to a dazzling performance. And like so many others in east of Tennessee, she grew up going to the client of the Surevier County.
“I always liked children’s rides, ducks and flying elephants,” said Maggie.
Maggie’s other love is the art of performance. Her mother said that she knew her daughter was bounded from the start, because she has always loved singing and playing.
With undeniable talents, an unshakable determination and support from his family, Maggie finally becomes the star of the show. She auditioned by video to play Little Dolly in the show “From the Heart” and nailed her by playing “Puppy Love”.
“There were tears of joy and I was very excited,” said Maggie. “I was just excited to have had this opportunity.”
Maggie then repeated with its distribution members for weeks, his family making a quarter who led her from Knoxville to Pigeon Forge.
“She surprises me,” said April. “She had to juggle a lot and maintained the A, followed with friends, scouts. She can do everything she said. She brought it out of the park.”

“I was surprised at the number of albums; I didn’t know she had put it as much,” said Maggie. “I learned that she was 13 years old when she played for the first time at the Grand Ole Opry and how much she did when she was young.”
Maggie said she was starred when she had the opportunity to meet Dolly.
While his time like Little Dolly begins to end, her desire to do more on the stage is still developing.
“If I am lucky to start again, I would like to do it,” said Maggie.
