Waymo is launching a new service for business travelers

Waymo is held on business.
The Robotaxi operator is launching a new service called Waymo for Business, intended for companies that may want to create Waymo accounts for their mass employees. This new service allows employers to manage business accounts, personalize promotional codes for major events, follow their transport budget and monitor driving activity.
In the end, this is another example of Waymo, taking its clues of the traditional draw industry, which for years offered tools to employers to manage and cover the costs of employees and customers’ travel. Uber and Lyft launched their own business travel programs when they were the arrivals. Now Waymo does the same – but for robotaxis.
Waymo says he has tested his new service with a variety of “employers, universities and event organizers” which are based in the cities in which the company operates. And so far, the comments have been great. A representative of Carvana, for example, called Waymo “a natural adjustment for business trips”.
Waymo praises its use of electric vehicles, as well as its commitment to security, as among things, companies tend to prioritize when making travel decisions. The company does not plan to offer discounts to its registrants, therefore Waymo for trade rides will cost the same number as normal Waymo trips, but companies are free to subsidize the rides of their employees if they wish.
