A motorcyclist was killed in an accident involving a vehicle in Desert Hot Springs on Saturday morning August 16, 2025.

According to the Desert Hot Springs police service, the incident occurred around 7:40 am at the intersection of Palm Drive and Dillon Road.

The authorities said the motorcyclist had been declared dead on the scene. The driver and passenger of the vehicle suffered minor injuries and were transported to the hospital.

Police said alcohol would not be a factor in the accident. No identification information for those involved has been published.
